Delivery & Installation

At Kaya Atelier, every piece is handcrafted to order within our own fabrication facility by our experienced team of stone masons. Unlike retailers who outsource production, we oversee every stage of the manufacturing process in-house—from selecting the slab and precision CNC cutting through to hand-finishing, quality inspection and final preparation for delivery.

Working with natural marble, quartz and porcelain requires exceptional precision, and our dedicated craftsmen ensure that every dining table, coffee table, console, vanity and bespoke furniture piece leaves our workshop finished to the highest standard.

Crafted In-House

Every Kaya Atelier piece begins with carefully selected premium stone sourced from leading quarries and manufacturers around the world.

Within our factory, each slab is digitally programmed using advanced CNC technology before being expertly cut, mitred, polished and hand-finished by our stonemasons. Every detail is checked throughout production to ensure exceptional accuracy, structural integrity and a flawless finish before it leaves our workshop.

By manufacturing entirely in-house, we maintain complete control over quality, craftsmanship and lead times, ensuring every piece reflects the standards our clients expect.

Delivery Options

Because every piece is individually manufactured and many weigh several hundred kilograms, we offer two carefully managed delivery services.

Kerbside Delivery

Our delivery team will transport your furniture safely to your property and unload it at the nearest accessible point outside your home or commercial premises.

This option is ideal for customers who have arranged their own handling or installation.

Internal Delivery

For added convenience, our experienced team can carefully carry your furniture into your property and position it in your chosen room, subject to safe access.

Our team is experienced in handling large-format stone furniture and will always take the greatest care when moving your piece throughout your home.

Internal delivery is particularly recommended for larger dining tables, console tables, vanities and bespoke furniture.

Professional Installation

Selected furniture pieces require professional installation due to their size, weight or construction.

Where applicable, our installation specialists will:

• Carefully position the furniture in its final location.
• Assemble multi-part pieces.
• Install stone tops where required.
• Complete a final quality inspection before leaving your property.

Our installation team works with marble, quartz and porcelain every day and understands the care required when handling premium natural stone.

Delivery Charges

As every order is bespoke, delivery costs are calculated individually.

Pricing is based on several factors including:

• Delivery location
• Overall dimensions and weight
• Marble, quartz or porcelain specification
• Kerbside or internal delivery
• Installation requirements
• Property access, including stairs, lifts or restricted access

A delivery quotation will always be provided before your order is confirmed.

Access Requirements

Stone furniture cannot be folded, dismantled or compressed during transportation. To ensure a successful delivery, customers are responsible for checking that all furniture can safely pass through:

• External entrances
• Internal doorways
• Hallways
• Staircases
• Lift dimensions
• Any restricted access points

If there are any concerns regarding access, we recommend contacting our team before production begins. We're happy to discuss dimensions and help determine the safest delivery solution.

Upon Delivery

Please inspect your furniture upon arrival and notify our team immediately if you identify any visible transport damage before the delivery team leaves your property.

As marble, quartz and porcelain are natural and engineered materials, each piece is unique. Variations in veining, movement, shading and pattern are part of the beauty and character of the material and should not be considered defects.
